제가 학교에서 했을때 이런 현상이 나타났어요... 학교라서 뭐 쓰는지 잘 모르는데......
아마 매가패스가 아닐까요?

정확하지는 않으나 아마 ISP 쪽에서 저희쪽으로 넘어오는 중간에 방화벽 등으로
차단을 한게 아닌가 싶습니다.
