정확하지는 않으나 아마 ISP 쪽에서 저희쪽으로 넘어오는 중간에 방화벽 등으로
차단을 한게 아닌가 싶습니다.
현재 이용중이신 ISP 업체(하나로,메가패스 등..)를 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.
